Approach the session with a willingness to receive feedback, explore new perspectives, and embrace change.
6. Set the Right Environment
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can focus and engage fully without distractions.
7. Commit to the Process
Recognize that coaching is a collaborative process and commit to being actively involved.
8. Reflect on Your Progress
Consider previous sessions and reflect on any actions taken since then, along with their outcomes.

I accept payment via:

Reschedule:
In the event of unexpected issues and you would like to reschedule the session, reschedlling is free of charge with at least 6 hours notice in advanced.
Any late rescheduling with less than 6 hours notice will be non-refundable.
Any purchased session is valid for 90 days.
Cancellation:
The Coachee must provide at least 6 hours' notice for any cancellations requests, otherwise full fee shall be charged and non-refundable.

Cluny & Co. provides coaching services that may include:
One-on-one coaching sessions
Group coaching sessions
Workshops
Talent Consulting Solutions
Specific details of the services will be outlined in a separate agreement or session description.

2.1 The coaching relationship begins on the first session booked for a duration of 90 mins for the first session, where first 30 mins is considered a complimentary.
2.2 Post first session, all session will run a standard duration of 60 mins.
2.3 Sessions will be conducted either face-to-face at 3 specific locations where I offer in Hong Kong (Soho House in Sheung Wan, Central district or TST in Kowloon) or online through Zoom.

3.1 Fees: The fee for each coaching session is [insert fee], payable in advance.
3.2 Payment Method: Fees must be paid via bank transfer at least 24 hours before each scheduled session.
3.3 Late Payments: Payments received after the 24-hour deadline may result in rescheduling of the session until payment is cleared.

4.1 The Coachee must provide at least 6 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
4.2 If the Coachee fails to cancel or reschedule with the required notice, they will be charged for the full session fee.
4.3 Missed appointments without prior notice will also result in a full session charge.

The Coachee agrees to:
5.1 Commit to the coaching process and actively engage in sessions.
5.2 Arrive on time for scheduled sessions or notify the Coach of delays.
5.3 Complete any agreed-upon actions or assignments between sessions.

6.1 All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as strictly confidential.
6.2 The Coach will not disclose any personal information to third parties without the Coachee’s explicit consent, unless required by law, or if there is a risk of harm to self or others.
6.3 The Coachee understands that all communications, whether verbal or written, will remain between the Coach and the Coachee, fostering an environment of trust and safety.

The Coach is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken by the Coachee based on the coaching sessions. Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, financial).

8.1 Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice.
8.2 In case of termination, any unused sessions will be forfeited, and no further fees will be charged.
8.3 The Coachee may request a termination meeting to provide feedback on their experience.

Cluny & Co. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Business. Any changes will be communicated to the Coachee in writing.

By engaging in the services provided by Cluny & Co., the Coachee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Business.
These Terms of Business govern the relationship between Cluny & Co. ("the Coach") and the client ("the Coachee"). By booking a coaching session, you agree to these terms.
